1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "bb44", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the bb44app.cam website and all services under it. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform who has read and agreed to these terms.

For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Each bonus has its own conditions which must be read before claiming. Generally applicable rules are:

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Every bet placed at bb44 is considered final. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical issue or data error, bb44 reserves the right to void that bet or settle it at the corrected odds.

• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for that specific bet will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the game state will be determined according to the server record.
• If a software error causes an incorrect payout to be displayed in a slot game or any other game, that payout will be voided.
• In cricket betting, if a match ends before the scheduled number of overs, bb44's own policy will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bb44 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.

• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or system errors.
• Using automated scripts, bots or similar tools to play games or place bets.

If such activities are detected, bb44 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and confiscate the balance. bb44 also reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Self-Exclusion

Members may request the closure of their account at any time. As part of the responsible gaming policy, if a member feels their gaming habits are going beyond their control, they may use the self-exclusion facility for a set period.

bb44 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these terms and conditions is established.
